Module to compute least cost transmission paths, distances, and costs for a clipped area.

Classes

ReinforcementLineCosts(transmission_lines, ...)	Compute Least Cost Reinforcement Line cost from substations to network nodes.
TieLineCosts(cost_fpath, start_indices, ...)	Compute Least Cost Tie-line cost from start location to desired end locations
TransCapCosts(cost_fpath, sc_point, ...[, ...])	Compute total transmission capital cost (least-cost tie-line cost + connection cost) for all features to be connected a single supply curve point
