The model included here is the first version (v1) of the 10 MW Reference Wind Turbine developed by the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). Details are available in a DTU Technical Report and conference slides: 1 and 2 . HAWC2 model files are also available from DTU Wind Energy 3.

Note: despite the fact that the rated power is 10 MW, the turbine produces 10.6 MW according to the power curve from the source. Since this turbine model was released, IEA Wind Task 37 has produced an updated 10 MW reference turbine model: https://github.com/IEAWindTask37/IEA-10.0-198-RWT
