Handler objects to interface with NRWAL equation groups (files).

Classes

AbstractGroup	Abstract class for groupings of equations or variables in a single yaml or json file.
EquationGroup	Class to handle a single json or yaml file with multiple wind cost equations.
VariableGroup	Class to handle a single json or yaml file with multiple numerical variable definitions from variables.yaml files.
