Optional and Development Modules

During the MODAQ:Field development process, many functions and logic are initially created as standalone applications or testers. These may use sample data or interface to the actual I/O hardware where applicable. This gives us an opportunity to fine tune or debug the code and develop necessary exception handling. It's also a good way of troubleshooting when something is not working as expected, such as files not uploading to AWS, since the testers may have more feedback available than is normally exposed in the full MODAQ:Field application.
